Service Description

A 90 min session starting with foot reflexology to help the whole body relax and promote the body’s natural healing process. Service offered with or without reiki, a Japanese word and energetic healing modality, is gently interwoven to further support overall wellbeing. Service includes opportunity to discuss healing intentions and practitioner insights after with spiritual coaching through the lens of yogic/metaphysical/meditation practices and teachings when appropriate.
